Mechanic - Fleet / Heavy Equipment

We’re looking for a motivated Mechanic to help maintain and repair the fleet and equipment that powers major utility and construction projects. From directional drills and excavators to service trucks and trailers, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair diesel engines, heavy equipment, fleet vehicles, and construction equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform repairs
• Work with hydraulics, electrical systems, brakes, and engine diagnostics
• Read technical manuals and schematics
• Perform welding and fabrication (a plus)
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Lift heavy parts and work in physically demanding environments

Requirements

• Experience working on diesel engines, heavy equipment, fleet vehicles, or construction equipment
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, brakes, and engine diagnostics
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required (CDL is a plus)
• Must provide your own tools

Pay

$25-35/hour + sign-on bonus
