What You’ll Do

• Responsible for proper operating and maintenance of coating equipment and operation of the oven
• Accountable for the quality of his/her duties, under supervision
• Services, sets-up, operates, maintains, adjusts, makes changeovers, and wash-up
• Performs these duties to maintain maximum production efficiency and product quality
• Determines necessary repairs and restores defective equipment to service with minimum amount of spoilage and delays
• Maintains reports and records production and changeovers as required and/or directed
• Maintains working area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
• Reports unusual events, accidents, damage, and emergencies immediately to supervision
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow instructions
• Can-do, will-do attitude
