We utilize our proprietary Rally Lean System to keep our fleet partners on the road. We specialize in quality, fast paced, automotive body repairs on Fleet Vehicles.

Who You Are

Rally Fleet is looking for skilled, self-motivated Mechanic who takes pride in quality work, efficiency, and organization. You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and understand the importance of accurate documentation and safe, clean workspaces.

What You'll Do

• Perform necessary diagnostics and repairs on fleet vehicles
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation for jobs performed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

What You Need

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a mechanic
• Prior Rivian service experience is a bonus; strong mechanical experience is the priority
• Valid driver's license
• ASE Certification preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects 20 – 75 lbs
• Reliable transportation
