What You'll Do

  • Diagnose vehicle issues using pre- and post-scan technology
  • Repair mechanical components — engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and more
  • Perform alignments and systematically diagnose electrical and wiring issues
  • Calibrate onboard systems and perform occasional full frame swaps
  • Partner with the Estimator to build accurate, supplement-free repair plans
  • Complete quality control checks at every stage of repair to ensure customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

  • 5–10+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Inspection and Emissions License (required)
  • Must have own tools
  • Valid Driver's License (required)
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop, including occasional lifting over 50 lbs

Preferred

  • I-CAR and ASE certifications
