What You'll Do
- Diagnose vehicle issues using pre- and post-scan technology
- Repair mechanical components — engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and more
- Perform alignments and systematically diagnose electrical and wiring issues
- Calibrate onboard systems and perform occasional full frame swaps
- Partner with the Estimator to build accurate, supplement-free repair plans
- Complete quality control checks at every stage of repair to ensure customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- 5–10+ years of experience in a similar role
- Inspection and Emissions License (required)
- Must have own tools
- Valid Driver's License (required)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop, including occasional lifting over 50 lbs
Preferred
- I-CAR and ASE certifications
