Responsibilities

• Assist the Managing Partner and management team with the creation, development, and implementation of local store marketing programs.
• Build guest loyalty, guest counts, check average, and overall sales.
• Promote all Texas Roadhouse in-house promotions (Great Steak, Rib Fest, Gift Cards, etc.).
• Build relationships during food and bread runs with businesses, hotels, radio stations, etc.
• Establish positive and ongoing business relationships with neighboring retailers, hotels, civic groups, etc.
• Develop and execute ongoing charitable and community events that position Texas Roadhouse as a community leader and build brand awareness.
• Communicate frequently with the Managing Partner, management team, and all employees about ongoing programs, plans, and results.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in marketing or related field preferred.

Paid weekly.

Pay

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour.

As a Local Store Marketer (LSM), you will assist the Managing Partner and management team in creating, developing, and implementing local store marketing programs to build guest loyalty, guest counts, check average, and overall sales.
