Responsibilities
- Assist with customer selections and recommendations of products
- Cut and trim to specification several varieties of meat, fish, and poultry
- Prepare ready-to-heat foods by filleting meat or fish or cutting it into bite-sized pieces
- Prepare and add vegetables or apply sauces or breading
- When not assisting customers, wrap, weigh, label and price cuts of meat
- Prepare and place meat cuts and products in display cases in attractive and eye‑catching ways
- Maintain health and safety sanitation requirements
Requirements
- Previous cutting experience preferred (all applications considered)
- Open availability, including evenings and weekends
- Must be 18 years or older
