About the role

A Meat Cutter plays a key role in preparing beef, poultry, and other meat products while engaging customers in friendly conversations about our products. This position requires a passion for meats and contributing to the success of the department.

Responsibilities

• Cut and prepare beef, poultry, and other meat products
• Engage customers in conversations about products
• Work with various tools and power equipment
• Maintain attention to detail in all tasks
• Adapt to varying work environments (freezer, refrigerator, sales floor, etc.)

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Passion for food and customer service
• Enjoy helping customers and fellow associates
• Pride in work, with attention to detail
• Comfortable working with tools and power equipment
• Ability to adapt to different work environments
• Commitment to being an active part of the community
