Responsibilities
- Cut, trim, and prepare meat products according to specifications and customer orders.
- Ensure all meat products meet quality and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment.
- Operate cutting tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Inspect meat for defects or spoilage and remove any unsuitable products.
- Aid with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers.
Skills
- Proficient in meat cutting techniques and use of related tools.
- Knowledge of meat safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Meat Cutter or similar role preferred.
