  • Being able to use, disassemble, and clean equipment
  • Tracking yields
  • Setting up the display case
  • Keeping the meat room clean and organized
  • Being a team player

Qualifications

  • Experience in meat cutting and handling
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and equipment maintenance
