About the role

Fond du Lac Part-Time Meat Clerk at Festival Foods is a part-time or full-time position with varying shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Helpful Service
  • Provide exceptional guest service at the meat counter and on the sales floor, including fulfilling special orders and answering product questions.
  • Maintain fresh, well-stocked displays by inspecting, rotating, and replenishing meat products and supplies.
  • Honor Commitments
    • Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
  • Collaborate with the Team
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication Skills
  • Able to effectively engage with guests, leaders, and retail sales associates.
  • Utilize strong written and verbal skills to work with a crew in a fast-paced environment.
• Food Safety
  • A willingness to learn food safety standards, proper equipment usage (like slicers), and inventory practices.
• Safety Mindset
  • An understanding of safety and food safety practices and a commitment to following them.

Pay
