About the role

Festival Foods is a Wisconsin grocer dedicated to community service and guest satisfaction. We operate over 40 full-service supermarkets across Wisconsin. This role involves helping guests select high-quality meats and seafood, maintaining displays, and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service at the meat and seafood counter, including fulfilling special orders and answering product questions.
• Maintain fresh, well-stocked displays by inspecting, rotating, and replenishing meat products and supplies.
• Honor commitments by being punctual and reliable, and assisting with team tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills to interact with guests, leaders, and retail sales associates.
• Able to multitask and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to food safety standards and proper equipment usage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar retail or food service position preferred.

Skills

• Customer service orientation.
• Attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills.

Pay

The hourly rate for this role varies based on shift and location. Part-time and full-time associates receive additional premiums on Sundays and select holidays.
