About the role

Festival Foods is a Wisconsin grocer dedicated to community service and guest satisfaction. We operate over 40 full-service supermarkets throughout Wisconsin. As a part-time Meat Clerk, you'll assist guests in selecting high-quality meats and seafood, maintain display freshness, and ensure smooth department operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service at the meat and seafood counter, including fulfilling special orders and answering product questions.
• Maintain fresh, well-stocked displays by inspecting, rotating, and replenishing meat products and supplies.
• Honor commitments by being punctual and reliable, and assisting with team tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and retail associates.
• Able to multitask and remain customer-focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to food safety standards and proper equipment usage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a retail or food service environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally.

Pay

Hourly pay with additional Sunday and holiday premiums for part-time and full-time associates.

Schedule

Varying shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
