About the role

Festival Foods is a Wisconsin grocer dedicated to community service and guest satisfaction. We operate over 40 full-service supermarkets across Wisconsin. This role is part-time or full-time with flexible shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver helpful service by engaging guests, answering questions, and fulfilling special orders.
• Maintain fresh, well-stocked displays by inspecting, rotating, and replenishing meat products and supplies.
• Honor commitments through regular, timely attendance and adequate notice for absences.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and guest trust.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills for effective engagement with guests, leaders, and retail associates.
• A willingness to learn food safety standards, proper equipment usage, and inventory practices.
• Ability to multitask and maintain customer service focus in a busy retail environment.
• A commitment to safety and food safety practices.

Qualifications

• Physical demands include standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting up to 80 pounds occasionally, and exposure to extreme temperatures.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive hand and wrist motions.

Pay

Hourly associates are paid weekly, with additional premiums on Sundays and select holidays. Part-time store associates receive a $1 premium per hour on Sundays and select holidays, while full-time store associates receive time and a half on these days.
