About the role

Festival Foods is a Wisconsin grocer dedicated to community service and guest satisfaction. We operate over 40 full-service supermarkets across Wisconsin. This role is part-time or full-time with flexible shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver helpful service by providing exceptional guest service at the meat counter and on the sales floor, including fulfilling special orders and answering product questions.
• Maintain fresh, well-stocked displays by inspecting, rotating, and replenishing meat products and supplies.
• Honor commitments by maintaining regular, timely attendance and adequate notice for absences.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and guest trust.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills to engage with guests, leaders, and retail sales associates.
• A willingness to learn food safety standards, proper equipment usage, and inventory practices.
• Ability to multitask and maintain customer service focus in a busy retail environment.
• A safety mindset with an understanding of and commitment to safety and food safety practices.

Qualifications

• Physical demands include standing for long periods, bending, stooping, and kneeling.
• Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures like freezers, coolers, kitchens, and sales floors.
• Repetitive hand and wrist motions.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally.

Pay
