About the role
This role involves working both independently and collaboratively to support calibration, maintenance, and operation of natural gas and liquid measurement equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of flow measurement equipment.
- Execute basic calibrations, plate inspections, and meter tube “dress-out” per customer specifications.
- Install and replace multivariable transmitters and related instrumentation.
- Utilize calibration software (ROC, TotalFlow, ModWorx) in accordance with company procedures.
- Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and all safety protocols while completing fieldwork.
- Travel safely to customer sites and complete work assignments in a timely, professional manner.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of service tickets and submit documentation promptly.
- Maintain compliance with Method Flow and Roeslein policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and partners to resolve issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required (must be 21+ to operate company vehicle).
- One to three years of experience in measurement, instrumentation, or oil & gas operations is preferred.
- Experience with liquid flow meters and related components is a plus.
- Familiarity with oil & gas processes and troubleshooting techniques is beneficial.
- The ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions is necessary.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and on-call rotations is expected.

- While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, use hands and fingers, grip, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk and hear.
- The ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. regularly is required.
- Exposure to moving parts and electricity that require safety protocols is common.
Work Environment
- Work is performed in an uncontrolled atmosphere.
- Exposure to harsh conditions—such as dust, fumes, chemicals, hazardous materials, noise, and varying weather and temperatures—for short periods is possible.

Pay
Salary Range: USD $29.25/Yr. - USD $38.17/Yr.
