About the role

This role involves working both independently and collaboratively to support calibration, maintenance, and operation of natural gas and liquid measurement equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of flow measurement equipment.
  • Execute basic calibrations, plate inspections, and meter tube “dress-out” per customer specifications.
  • Install and replace multivariable transmitters and related instrumentation.
  • Utilize calibration software (ROC, TotalFlow, ModWorx) in accordance with company procedures.
  • Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and all safety protocols while completing fieldwork.
  • Travel safely to customer sites and complete work assignments in a timely, professional manner.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of service tickets and submit documentation promptly.
  • Maintain compliance with Method Flow and Roeslein policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and partners to resolve issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required (must be 21+ to operate company vehicle).
  • One to three years of experience in measurement, instrumentation, or oil & gas operations is preferred.
  • Experience with liquid flow meters and related components is a plus.
  • Familiarity with oil & gas processes and troubleshooting techniques is beneficial.
  • The ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions is necessary.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and on-call rotations is expected.

  • While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, use hands and fingers, grip, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk and hear.
  • The ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. regularly is required.
  • Exposure to moving parts and electricity that require safety protocols is common.

Work Environment

  • Work is performed in an uncontrolled atmosphere.
  • Exposure to harsh conditions—such as dust, fumes, chemicals, hazardous materials, noise, and varying weather and temperatures—for short periods is possible.
  • All employees are required to follow safety standards and wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas.

Pay

Salary Range: USD $29.25/Yr. - USD $38.17/Yr.
