Process data into asset tracking system and review work exceptions
Analyzes and resolves meter data issues
Makes sure statistical sampling programs are monitored and analyzed
Investigates incomplete or missing data and works with others to resolve
Gathers, interprets, and formats data and metrics for presentations
Makes sure pipeline station data is monitored, analyzed, and reported
Supports the Measurement department by confirming the configuration of industrial meters across multiple systems
Engages with management to review business processes, identify gaps, and make recommendations
Provides analytical research and problem-solving to identify problems, issues, errors, and determine root cause
Ensures accuracy of work meets departmental goals
Manages multiple/diverse priorities

Level 3: BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience
Level 3: 3-5 years combined experience with utilities or other related experience
Level 3: 2-4 years' experience analyzing data
Level 3: Intermediate knowledge of business processes and procedures
Level 3: MS Word/Excel - intermediate proficiency
Level 4: BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience
Level 4: 5-7 years combined experience with utilities or other related experience
Level 4: 3-5 years' experience analyzing data
Level 4: Advanced knowledge of business processes and procedures
Level 4: Advanced knowledge of business-related systems
Level 4: Demonstrated experience of analysis
Level 4: Strong attention to detail and big picture concepts
Level 4: Strong analytical skills/ability to solve problems
Level 4: Strong interpersonal skills (indirect managing)
Level 4: Exercise sound judgment in the use of oral and written communication skills
