Key Responsibilities

  • Perform pre-close measurement activities within established deadlines and review data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify, research, analyse, and report measurement issues, providing technical support to measurement operations.
  • Compile and transfer final volumetric and compositional data to relevant business functions for allocation and reporting purposes.
  • Investigate discrepancies, confirm or correct volume information, and support timely issue resolution during closing activities.
  • Communicate effectively with measurement and accounting teams to resolve balance and data-related issues.
  • Provide reports and data to internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory and documentation requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Achieve at least two years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • Achieve at least two years of experience analysing and interpreting data, identifying trends, and researching variance drivers.
  • Achieve at least two years of experience with FLOWCAL, TestIT, and Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of gas measurement fundamentals, including orifice meter operation and the application of recognised industry standards such as AGA3, API 14.3, and GPA 8185.
  • Advanced mathematical capability, accurate data entry skills, and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Preferred: three or more years of measurement experience within a midstream environment.
  • Preferred: experience with electronic flow measurement systems, flow computer operation, telecommunications-based data acquisition, SCADA systems, and troubleshooting of orifice measurement systems.
