MEASURE TECHNICIAN - Riverdale, GA

Measure Technicians (In-Home Advisors) work independently in a traveling field role, providing quality professional customer service that meets or exceeds company standards. This position performs in-home measure appointments, supports sales, answers product inquiries, takes measurements, and coordinates installations within a predefined geographical area using company-issued devices.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily routes for pre-assigned measure appointments efficiently and accurately (60% of role).
• Collaborate with associates, supervisors, and managers to complete work activities (4% of role).
• Follow all policies, procedures, and adhere to work schedules (1% of role).
• Provide exceptional customer service by asking open-ended questions, listening to customer needs, and demonstrating product knowledge (35% of role).
• Identify opportunities to engage customers in additional services programs.
• Create, maintain, and improve customer relationships through daily interactions.
• Perform accurate in-home measurements, calculations, and quote reviews.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation required.
• 1+ years of previous related work experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to continuously stand, walk, or regularly lift/carry material or equipment of moderate weight (8-20 pounds).

Schedule

Travel between locations is required. Work is primarily conducted in customers' homes, with occasional mild discomfort due to working conditions.
