Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC) will assist with leading the nursing team, performing MDS coordination and resident assessment duties in a long‑term care setting.

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in this state
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an MDS Coordinator in a skilled nursing facility
• Knowledge of rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices in the long‑term care setting
• Proficient in PA CMI
• Medicare billing knowledge and experience
• Knowledge of PPD (PDPM)
• Experienced in Managed Care and concurrent reviews
• Successful completion of a post‑offer, pre‑employment criminal background check and physical/drug screen
