About the role
Full-time, on-site Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC) position leading the nursing team at our 4-star staffing facility. Remote work will not be considered.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments in a skilled nursing facility
- Apply knowledge of rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices in long-term care
- Manage Medicare billing and ensure compliance with PA CMI and PDPM (Patient-Driven Payment Model)
- Conduct concurrent reviews and handle managed care processes
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered, active RN license in Pennsylvania
- Minimum two years of experience as an MDS Coordinator in a skilled nursing facility
- Proficiency in PA CMI and Medicare billing
- Knowledge of PDPM (Patient-Driven Payment Model)
- Experience with managed care and concurrent reviews
- Must pass a post-offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical/drug screen
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred
