Responsibilities
- Cook up accurate assessments, regulatory compliance, and quality resident outcomes within our skilled nursing community.
- Coordinate and complete MDS assessments in accordance with federal and state guidelines.
- Ensure admission assessments, nursing notes, care plans, and required clinical documentation are accurate and current.
- Complete assigned MDS sections, assessments, and RAP summaries.
- Review, update, and maintain resident care plans based on assessment findings.
- Participate in Medicare meetings, care plan meetings, and interdisciplinary team discussions.
- Absorb and maintain compliance with state, federal, and Americare standards.
- Support survey readiness and participate in inspections as needed.
- Communicate changes in resident condition to the Administrator and nursing leadership.
- Assess nursing supply and equipment needs.
- Provide on-call support to staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Experience with MDS 3.0 and skilled nursing.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
Pay
Starting at $36–$37/hour.
Schedule
Full-Time.
