About the role
The primary purpose is to complete the RAI process for each resident of the facility, as required by State and Federal regulations. This includes transmission and verification of receipt by the State.

Qualifications
- Valid Texas Nurse License
- Valid CPR Certification
- Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program
- Must possess knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations
