MDM Solution Architect || Senior Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and configuration of advanced MDM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze MDM requirements and define solution designs aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and configure MDM applications, focusing on Informatica MDM SaaS and IDMC platforms.
• Lead the team in building and testing MDM configurations and integrations with source and target systems using IICS.
• Liaise with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure technical accuracy and completeness.
• Manage the overall delivery of MDM solutions, including build, configuration, and testing.
• Provide hands-on expertise for new and existing MDM SaaS products, incorporating an understanding of SaaS concepts and Informatica's product roadmap.
• Drive data integration, data modeling, data quality, and hierarchical setup to ensure robust solutions.
• Collaborate across global teams, accommodating varying time zones for seamless communication.
• Support production rollout, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quick resolution during deployment.
• Mentor team members and provide training to foster professional growth.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM).
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Master Data Management INFORMATICA (MDM).
• Certifications as an Informatica MDM SaaS Developer.
• Expertise in Informatica MDM SaaS tools, including IDMC, IICS, CAI, CDI, and API.
• Strong knowledge in data validation, address standardization, hierarchy management, and data modeling.
• Experience in collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to design and implement MDM solutions.
• Proficiency in driving data quality initiatives and data integration projects.
• Able to lead and guide teams through project execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of master data across two or more domains.
• Familiarity with Informatica SIF and BES services.
• Exposure to additional tools like XML, ETL, and CDP platforms.
• Experience in working with global, multi-vendor teams and supporting diverse work environments.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern data architecture concepts.

Work Location Details

Hybrid Model: Detroit, MI (2 days in-office, 3 days remote) with flexible hours to coordinate with teams across India and Europe.
Remote Option: Available for highly experienced candidates willing to work during early morning hours to support global collaboration.
