Senior Master Data Management (MDM) Solutions Analyst

Responsibilities

• Work with program areas, project sponsor, and system SMEs to understand member and provider data domains and common identity issues; explain technical findings in non-technical language.
• Extract, integrate, and analyze member/provider identity data from multiple sources; collaborate to create visualizations; provide expertise on validating AI output and mitigating hallucinations; ensure data identity adherence to standards and regulations.
• Champion data identity through training sessions; create documentation and tutorials on using master data for integrations; promote data-driven culture with AI tools.
• Collaborate with data engineering, IT, and program teams to troubleshoot identity issues; provide guidance on interpreting trends; stay current on AI and data identity tools.
• Develop and refine AI prompts and query strategies for complex data domains; guide non-technical users in crafting precise prompts; build library of standardized prompts and query templates.

Requirements

• Experience with Informatica PowerCenter
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating identity resolutions into actionable paths for analytics
• Experience with MDM tools such as Informatica MDM
• Experience explaining technical findings in non-technical language to users and leadership
• Strong SQL experience for data identification, profiling, and manipulation
• Experience collaborating with end-users and analysts to create and validate client/member identification strategies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse
• Experience with Informatica IICS
• Experience in health and human services or regulated environment
• Experience with data governance and quality principles
• Experience as primary point of contact for program staff with MDM needs
• Experience championing MDM across the organization
• Experience with AI prompt development
