MDM Lead

About the Role

Serve as the primary execution lead for the enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) roadmap, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and align on Customer, Supplier, and Legal Entity master data domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MDM Program Management Office, managing intake, prioritization, orchestration, reporting, and change management.
• Drive change management initiatives, including communications, training coordination, and adoption monitoring.
• Establish and coordinate cross-functional work-streams to ensure timely delivery of MDM initiatives, managing milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Design, implement, and improve MDM governance, operating models, and business processes.
• Work closely with Digital Technology teams to support the implementation, integration, and optimization of the MDM platform.
• Develop and maintain program reporting, KPIs, and executive-ready updates.
• Identify and escalate issues and risks proactively, providing recommended solutions.
• Support vendor coordination and ensure delivery accountability.
• Create and maintain reusable documentation, playbooks, and knowledge assets for scalability and continuity.
• Lead and mentor onshore and offshore teams, ensuring SLAs are met.
• Advocate for data quality, operational excellence, and business impact.
