MDM Engineer
About the role
This role focuses on mobile device management, troubleshooting iOS and Android devices, supporting end users, and working with infrastructure and operations teams to identify and resolve issues.
Responsibilities
- Supporting large-scale production environments and enterprise mobile technologies
- Supporting mobility technologies in a global enterprise environment
- Infrastructure operations supporting Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Strong understanding of iOS and Android operating systems
- Knowledge of enterprise mobile device management and device lifecycle support
- Experience troubleshooting mobile devices and backend infrastructure issues
- Analyzing device and infrastructure logs to identify root cause
- Large-scale enterprise networking concepts
- Supporting application downloads, activations, and mobile application usage
- Setting up new user accounts and mobile devices
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical support experience in a large-scale production operations environment
- Experience supporting mobility technologies in a global enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of iOS and Android operating systems
- Knowledge of enterprise mobile device management and device lifecycle support
- Experience troubleshooting mobile devices and backend infrastructure issues
- Ability to analyze device and infrastructure logs to identify root cause
- Large-scale enterprise networking concepts
- Ability to support application downloads, activations, and mobile application usage
- Experience setting up new user accounts and mobile devices

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Dallas, TX. The workplace type is hybrid, with 3 days per week onsite in Irving, TX.
