Responsibilities

• Flexible patient care hours
• Outpatient pediatric opportunity with manageable call schedule
• Low volume of calls - respond to critical care labs only
• Call rotation - one week of call every three weeks, offering a flexible schedule
• Strong multidisciplinary support - benefit from 24/7 consultative services
• Collaborate with pediatric specialties - specialists in areas like endocrinology, cardiology, and gastroenterology, among others, are readily available
• Teach and mentor medical students and residents
• Opportunity to engage in research, either clinical or basic science
• Participate in Gundersen conferences or explore leadership roles

Requirements

• Completed an accredited graduate medical training program
• Board certified or eligible within the area of medicine stated
• License to practice in our multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations

Qualifications

• Medical staff supervision of advanced practice clinicians
• Medical staff may need to provide outreach service as part of their role in the system
• Teaching students, residents, fellows, or clinical staff is cornerstone to our Medical Education philosophy and an expectation of all medical staff
