Job Summary
Render appropriate patient care within practitioner's defined specialty and licensure. Serve as necessary on appropriate Medical Staff Committees.
Job Duties
- Render timely appropriate patient care to meet the: clinical needs of the affected patient population.
- These activities will be monitored on an ongoing basis through the peer review process.
- These activities will result in bi-annual reappointment based on maintenance of licensure, peer review, physician profile record.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education, Credentials, Licenses
- Minimum: Board Eligibility in appropriate Specialty at time of initial appointment. Licensed MD/DO in State of Kentucky/Indiana. Completion of ACGME Residency.
- Desirable: Board certification in appropriate specialty.
- Desirable: Previous postgraduate hospital based experience.
