Member Duties
- Conduct a comprehensive healthcare workforce needs assessment using labor market data, stakeholder interviews, and an analysis of existing barriers like childcare and transportation.
- Design an employer outreach strategy to engage regional healthcare providers.
- Co-design micro-pathway credentials with healthcare employers.
- Develop a prototype tracking and evaluation framework for micro-pathways.
- Support financial modeling and systems alignment to position programs for Workforce Pell eligibility.
- Build a formal advisory group and identify aligned internship, apprenticeship, and work-based learning opportunities.
- Modernize data dashboards and develop/improve data tracking systems for enrollment, completion, credential attainment, and employment outcomes.
- Identify diverse funding streams that align with this project.
- Culminate in an "Impact and Sustainability Report" to guide future workforce alignment and poverty reduction efforts.
