About the role

My AmeriCorps seeks individuals passionate about community service to join our team. We are dedicated to making a positive impact in local communities through various service projects.

Responsibilities

• Engage in volunteer work that supports educational initiatives, environmental stewardship, and disaster relief efforts.
• Collaborate with local organizations to plan and execute service projects.
• Assist with administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of service projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Commitment to at least one year of service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in community service is preferred but not required.
• Interest in public service and civic engagement.
• Willingness to travel to different locations as needed.

Skills

• Basic computer literacy.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new tasks quickly.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Participants receive a living allowance, health insurance, and educational benefits upon successful completion of their service commitment.

Pay

The pay for My AmeriCorps members is $10,000 annually, which includes a living allowance and other benefits.

Schedule

Service commitments typically range from 10 to 12 months, with flexible scheduling to accommodate both full-time and part-time commitments.
