Member Duties
- Conduct a community needs assessment to identify specific cultural programming gaps.
- Analyze data and compile a comprehensive report highlighting community needs and interventions available.
- Research opportunities in the community that may address ongoing risks on the Northern Cheyenne Reservation.
- Collaborate with internal Boys & Girls Club staff to develop a plan, system list of potential resources utilizing impact evaluation data.
- Develop resources for programming through the research and drafting of relevant grant opportunities.
- Raise awareness of cultural programming additions through the creation of outreach materials creation and development of messaging strategies for staff.
