MCH FLEX POOL RN III

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates competent patient and family-centered care using the nursing process.
• Works with the interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based patient care.
• Provides positive patient care experiences and quality outcomes in the professional nursing practice environment.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and successfully completed the State Board of Nursing Licensure Exam.
• BSN Preferred.
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR/BLS upon hire.
• Registered Nurse license to practice in Maryland or the ability to obtain a Maryland license based on timeframe of licensing board.
• Must possess 1 year of current clinical experience.
• Must obtain 20 Contact hours per year, fifty percent of which must be clinically focused.
• Academic course credits may be used on a 1:1 credit hour exchange.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within 6 months of hire/transfer and EFM (External Fetal Monitoring) within 18 months of hire. If hired before January 2023, EFM is required within 2 years of hire.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum salary range of $39.41 per hour and a maximum salary range of $70.94 per hour.
