McDonald's Assistant Manager (experienced) up to 70K

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with prior McDonald’s restaurant management experience as an Assistant Manager. This position requires a clear understanding of labor, scheduling, interviewing, food cost, and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff and schedule shifts
• Interview and hire new employees
• Ensure food costs and inventory are managed effectively
• Conduct training sessions
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
• Support the overall success of the restaurant

Requirements

• Prior McDonald’s Management Experience as an Assistant
• Up to $70K starting salary
