We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with prior McDonald’s restaurant management experience as an Assistant Manager. The position requires a clear understanding of labor, scheduling, interviewing, food cost, and inventory tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage staff and schedule shifts
- Interview and hire new employees
- Ensure food safety and quality
- Monitor and control food costs
- Oversee inventory management
- Train and mentor staff
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
- Contribute to the success of the restaurant
Requirements
- Prior McDonald’s Management Experience as an Assistant
- Up to $70K to start
