What You'll Be Doing

  • Work with 21st Century site supervisor to set the vision for high quality family engagement.
  • Support our qualifying 21st Century families through building intentional relationships.
  • Plan and coordinate parent and family engagement for 21st Century families.
  • Implement parent education activities and participate in team meetings to implement goal-oriented family plans.
  • Encourage and support 21st Century families in meeting goal-oriented family plans.
  • Assist with large scale 21st Century district events.
  • Observe and collect quantitative and qualitative evidence of family engagement.

What You'll Need

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Job related experience is desired.
  • Be at least eighteen years of age and hold a high school diploma or its equivalent.
  • Must meet the minimum requirement for a paraprofessional (Hold an associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university, have earned 72 quarter credits or 48 semester credits at the 100 level or higher at an accredited college or university or have passed the state paraeducator assessment).

Pay

$19.25 - 25.27 per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule

  • Working days: 4 days per week
  • Hours per day: 3 hours
  • Temporary for the 2026-2027 school year

Work Environment

The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling, some climbing and balancing, some stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling and some fine finger dexterity. The job is performed under minimal temperature variations and in a generally hazard free environment.
