MCA and Process Management Lead, Managing Director

For our client, we are seeking a MCA and Process Management Lead, Managing Director to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This leader will oversee operational risk and control processes across a complex financial services environment, with responsibility for strengthening governance and execution. The role will guide senior managers, influence strategic priorities, and drive improvements that enhance efficiency while reducing risk. The right leader will bring strong judgment, deep compliance awareness, and the ability to turn complex issues into practical control solutions. Location: Tampa, FL - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $250,000 – $500,000 annually Responsibilities Lead and direct Senior Managers to achieve strategic objectives and enhance team performance Adapt and execute business plans to develop and implement robust control programs Make critical decisions aligned with the organization's strategies and priorities Drive adherence to MCA and process management policies and standards Design control enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce risks Proactively identify and manage control deficiencies with timely corrective actions Manage the execution of common controls to ensure quality and efficiency Qualifications 15+ years in operational risk management or control functions in finance, with 8+ years of managerial experience preferred Proven ability to identify and manage key risks and controls effectively Experience leading teams in complex environments and managing through change Strong analytical skills to break down complex issues into manageable components Deep knowledge of compliance laws, regulations, and best practices in financial services Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills for engaging and influencing stakeholders Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) retirement plan Life, accident, and disability insurance Wellness programs offering support and resources Paid time off including vacation, sick leave, and holidays Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
