Responsibilities

• Supports the Values Based Culture of Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC)
• Complies with TDCJ (Texas Department of Criminal Justice) and TTUHSC policy and procedures including all necessary paperwork
• Orders supplies
• Picks up supplies as necessary
• Maintains inventory of capital equipment and repair
• Maintains professional relationship with vendors and other departments at unit
• Picks up boxes when delivered by UPS/FED EX/mailroom
• Performs other duties deemed necessary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three (3) years customer service, office or related experience required, with two (2) of those years in a healthcare setting preferred
• Additional education may substitute for the experience requirement
