About the role

GSK’s MBA Finance Summer Internship Program is an intensive 10-week opportunity for current MBA students seeking dynamic experience across key finance functions within GSK’s Global Finance team. You will take on challenging, live projects with genuine impact, supported by tailored training and mentorship from senior leaders. Strong performance may lead to consideration for direct-entry opportunities within the team.

Responsibilities

• Work on high-impact projects essential to GSK’s commercial business, applying strategic thinking, financial knowledge, analytical skills, and leadership.
• Partner with teams to provide strategic insights and operational support, driving efficiency and effectiveness across business units.
• Collaborate across a global, matrixed organization to deliver results and influence strategy.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or on track to obtain an MBA by 2028, with a focus on Finance or Economics.
• Written and spoken fluency in English.
• A passion for advancing a career in the biopharma industry.
