About the role
MasterBrand Cabinets is hiring full-time Production Associates to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll assemble or manufacture cabinets and cabinet components to meet or exceed production goals. Training is provided.

Selected candidates may be evaluated for several production-related roles based on business needs. All positions are physically demanding and may require:
- The ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and move materials up to 50 lbs.
- The ability to stand or walk for an entire shift (up to 10-12 hours).
Responsibilities
- Responsible for on-time completion of daily production requirements, including pulling parts from receiving/storage areas and delivering them to production lines.
- Observe and follow all safety and quality standards.
- Prepare daily assignments and work overtime as required.
- Train new associates.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to read measurements, work with numbers, and use handheld tools (e.g., pallet jacks, pneumatic staple guns, industrial hot glue guns, power drills).
- Must be 18 years of age with reliable transportation.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production-oriented environment preferred.
- Must be able to walk 90% of your shift.
- Ability to read and understand instructions and schedules.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time.
- Ability to work as part of a team while adhering to safety, productivity, and quality standards.
Skills & Knowledge
- Communication skills to accurately issue materials.
- Math skills to calculate inventory and product counts.
- Strong organizational skills.

- Knowledge of cabinet parts and quality standards.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Able to use an iPod to access daily work.
- Able to move at a decent pace to keep production lines stocked.
- Able to meet takt time for picking commodities.
- Able to pick accurately.
