Job Summary

The Junto is seeking a passionate coffee expert to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and crafting high-quality beverages.

Responsibilities

• Aid in inventory management, including ordering and ensuring the store remains fully stocked
• Maintain Drug Store Coffee standards and oversee a clean, organized, and guest-ready space
• Manage employee discounts and collect runner tip-outs as needed
• Assign cleaning and side-work tasks during slower periods to maintain operational efficiency
• Replenish the grab-and-go refrigerator with required beverages and food items
• Support the development and execution of specialty beverages, including recipe builds, pricing, and presentation standards
• Serve as the acting lead in the absence of the Coffee Shop Supervisor, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Aid in training new team members and uphold consistent service, quality, and operational standards

Requirements

• Prior experience as a barista is highly preferred
• Extensive knowledge of coffee, tea, and other drink recipes
• A proactive and thoughtful nature
• A professional demeanor and thoughtful nature
