Responsibilities
- Partner with a Mattel Retail Services Representative to grow Mattel’s presence at major retailers
- Work a minimum of 15 hours per week during our busiest holiday season
- Collaborate with your lead Mattel Representative to secure prime product placements for Mattel’s iconic brands
- Partner with lead Mattel Representative on monthly scheduling
- Unpack cases of various Mattel toys
- Mercandise and organize product on the sales floor
- Construct & deconstruct store fixtures including shelving and racking
- Implement point of purchase materials
- Execute special projects as assigned including, but not limited to store events
- Manage time entry, attend meetings, trainings, check email etc.
- Perform administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Preferred work hours are during the weekday during daytime hours; occasional weekends
- Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Preferred device requirement – Up to date smartphone and/or computer with Chrome Browser to access https://Mattel.okta.com for time worked entries, email and Workday
- A mobile phone is required for multi-factor authentication to receive SMS(text) or voice call
- Must have access to reliable internet
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to and between assigned store locations (gas mileage reimbursement per company policy)
- Reside within approximately 20 miles of the assigned territory/store cluster or otherwise able to reliably service the assigned territory
- Physical Requirements: Stand, bend, twist, squat, kneel, reach Walk for long periods of time Climb ladders up to 12’ tall Lift up to 25 pounds frequently, 50 pounds occasionally Push/pull carts containing product - occasionally up to 100 lbs Operate power tools (screwdriver & drill)
