About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced paralegal for high-end divorce and family law litigation, with a focus on delivering white-glove client service.
Qualifications
- Prior matrimonial experience
- Contested divorce experience (required)
- 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Proficiency in billable time tracking and activity entry
- Experience with NYSCEF & EDDS e-filing (New York and Connecticut)
- Discovery management, including demands and responses organization
- Preparation of Statements of Net Worth and Financial Disclosure Affidavits
- Child Support Calculations
- Trial preparation, including witness and exhibit selection
- Knowledge of New York CPLR
- Court and opposing counsel interaction
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication and transparency
Preferences
- Divorce/family law litigation experience
- ABA-accredited Paralegal Certificate
- Case flow and staff management experience
