Matrimonial and Family Law Attorneys
About the role
A Latitude client, a matrimonial and family law practice based in New York, is seeking multiple attorneys ranging from a junior attorney with at least three years of practice experience to a senior attorney with at least 7+ years of experience who is ready to carry a full caseload and handle matters from initial consultation through trial. The work involves contested and uncontested divorces, custody and visitation disputes, child and spousal support matters, family offense proceedings, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements in the Supreme Court and Family Court in Queens, Kings, New York and Bronx Counties and in Nassau County. The attorney will work closely with the firm’s principal and senior attorneys, have real responsibility for clients and court appearances from the outset, and be expected to grow into fully independent first-chair trial work. The firm uses a modern, cloud-based workflow and expects its attorneys to work independently and own their caseloads.
