Matrimonial Law Attorney

About the role

We’re a 100% virtual law firm operating out of New York, Massachusetts, and New Jersey. Our caseload is large and active—we’ll provide you with cases so you can focus on being a lawyer. You’ll have access to our paralegals, support staff, and cutting-edge technology, and we bear 100% of the collections risk on your cases. You’ll be paid weekly, like clockwork.

Responsibilities

• Make court appearances and attend conferences
• Draft motions and argue about property division and parenting schedules
• Negotiate settlements and help clients part ways with dignity
• Move cases forward independently as Of Counsel, with the support of a team and systems

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in divorce law
• Ability to work independently and advance cases without constant oversight

Pay

$125 - $200 hourly
