Concord High School is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Dual Credit Certified Mathematics Teacher for the 2026-2027 academic year. The ideal candidate will teach Dual Credit Trigonometry, Dual Credit Pre-Calculus, and Geometry.

This position involves planning and implementing learning activities aligned with the Corporation’s educational programming to continuously develop students’ knowledge and skills, preparing them for college and career opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Recognize the basic dignities of students, parents, families, colleagues, and subordinates.
- Exercise due care to protect the mental and physical safety of students.
- Create a safe, respectful, and orderly classroom environment that promotes students’ academic and social-emotional growth.
- Plan learning activities aligned with Indiana Academic Standards.
- Implement learning activities using Corporation-adopted curricular materials to promote active student learning.
- Assess and monitor students’ learning to provide responsive instruction.
- Initiate and maintain collaborative relationships with students’ parents and families.
- Continuously strive to learn and develop new skills to promote student learning.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of the Corporation’s mission.
Requirements
- Education and educator license or permit required by the Indiana Department of Education.
- Dual Credit certification preferred.
- A positive, student-centered, and solution-focused attitude toward education and students.
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and collaborative relationships with others.

Working Conditions
- Duties are performed in a classroom environment.
- Requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
- May require lifting objects up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision requirements include close vision, distant vision, and depth perception.
- Noise levels may be moderately loud or loud.
- Occasional outdoor work in varied weather conditions.
- Must maintain emotional composure under stress.
