Responsibilities
- Sell Maternal Infant Care equipment to new customers and maintain relationships with existing accounts in the Inland Empire territory.
- Support customers post-sale to ensure continued success and business growth.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of the sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes, and customer groups.
- Use analytical thinking and commercial experience to execute policy and strategy.
- Have knowledge of best practices and how the area integrates with others, and be aware of competitors and their market differentiation.
- Prioritize information for decision-making and use technical experience and analytical thinking.
- Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience and may lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements.
- Explain information and develop skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within the field.
- Convey performance expectations and handle sensitive issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of relevant experience, or
- High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of experience, or
- Bachelor’s Degree and Graduate of GE HealthCare CLP.
- Demonstrated experience presenting complex information both verbally and written to decision makers.
- Must live in the territory and be willing to travel within the territory (Inland Empire).
- Prior sales experience within hospitals, ideally within Labor and Delivery units and NICU, and experience working with clinical and biomedical stakeholders.
Desired Characteristics
- 3 years capital sales experience and capital budget process knowledge.
- Prior sales experience within hospitals.
