Maternal Fetal Medicine Ultrasound Technologist - PRN

Role Overview Seeking a PRN Ultrasound Technologist to perform obstetric and gynecologic sonograms, biophysical profiles, non-stress tests, and amniotic fluid index assessments. Assists with procedures such as amniocentesis and chorionic villus sampling. Key Responsibilities Conducts fetal morphology, growth assessments, and Doppler studies using various ultrasound modalities. Ensures image quality, captures and processes digital images, and reviews results with physicians. Enters data to generate reports, collaborates with healthcare team to ensure timely patient care, and may assist in training staff and patients. Maintains equipment cleanliness and may manage supply inventory. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED, graduate of an accredited ultrasound program. 1-2 years of OB/GYN ultrasound experience. RDMS certification required or successful completion within 180 days. Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills essential.
