Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload in a state-of-the-art facility with over 7,500 annual deliveries
- Deliver full-scope MFM procedures and reproductive health services
- Provide consultative outreach in Everett and Issaquah
- Engage in hands-on teaching with OB/GYN residents
- Contribute to impactful clinical research with support from Pediatrix-sponsored trials and local academic partnerships
Requirements
- BC/BE Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist
Qualifications
- Expertise in prenatal diagnosis, ultrasound, and genetics
- Experience in fetal echocardiography or CVS is welcomed but not required

Pay and Schedule
- Pay Range (Base Pay): $525,000 to $600,000 based on years of experience
- Regular Full-time
- Is classified as Team Members who are consistently scheduled and work 30 hours or more on a weekly basis

Schedule
- 4-day work week with just 18–19 workdays per month, including: Home call at Swedish–First Hill with robust support from laborists and nocturnists Only 3–4 calls per month and 10 weekend calls per year
