Responsibilities

Consultative MFM practice with out-patient services and inpatient consult opportunities. Outpatient focus on ultrasound, prenatal diagnosis, antepartum testing and maternal medical management. AIUM certified including fetal echocardiography.

Work in 2 main clinics, 2 days/week at each site: Bellevue MFM Clinic and Evergreen Health. Work at two nearby hospitals (Overlake Medical Center and Evergreen Health) with level 3 NICU, a combined total of about 9,000 annual deliveries.

Focused on a unique, 4-day workweek opportunity. Fully supported by sonographers, genetic counselors, certified diabetes educators, nutritionists, nurses, and MAs. Call coverage is shared equally amongst MFMs.

Qualifications

New graduate applicants welcome! The practice is fully supported by a seasoned staff. Fellowship trained in Maternal Fetal Medicine.

Benefits And Compensation

Pay Range (Base Pay): $525,000-$600,000
Other Types of Pay: Sign-on bonus of $100k, non-guaranteed bonus pool participation

Regular Full-time Is Classified As Team Members Who Are Consistently Scheduled And Work 30 Hours Or More On a Weekly Basis. Paid Sick Leave Eligible full-time team members will receive a lump-sum grant of 70 hours or eight days, whichever is more beneficial to the team member, of paid sick leave each year on January 1. A newly hired full-time team member will receive a prorated lump-sum grant after working for 90 days. A lump-sum grant will then be provided on January 1 in each subsequent year as long as the team member remains eligible. Unused sick leave granted under this policy does not carry over from one year to the following year. NOTE: The Company will not pay team members for unused sick leave upon termination of employment.
