Job Summary

As our Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) Physician, you will join the premier high-risk obstetrics team at Pacific Central Coast Health Centers (PHC), a distinguished service of Dignity Health, leading specialized care for complex pregnancies at the Dignity Health Perinatal and Women’s Center in beautiful Santa Maria, California.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive, expert clinical care, including full-spectrum MFM services like high-risk consultations, targeted ultrasounds (Level II), amniocentesis, and co-management of complex maternal conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with well-respected OB/GYNs, Neonatologists, and Pediatric Subspecialists, utilizing state-of-the-art GE Voluson ultrasound machines and integrated Cerner EHR.
  • Offer a highly competitive compensation package, including an annual salary ranging from $500,000 – $550,000, a generous sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance.
  • Be eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) as we are a qualifying employer.

Required Job Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
  • Board certification or eligibility in OBGYN and Maternal-Fetal Medicine
  • Proficiency in advanced prenatal diagnostic procedures and fetal surveillance
  • Active or eligible license in the state of California
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

The Dignity Health Perinatal and Women’s Center in Santa Maria is the regional leader in high-risk pregnancy care. The practice is closely integrated with Marian Regional Medical Center, which features a state-of-the-art Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and is recognized for excellence in perinatal safety and clinical outcomes.
